Rick Haviland


As president of MarketSource since October 2009, Rick Haviland has helped the company evolve into a proven alternative to outsourced sales through a proprietary process made up of highly trained, empowered people, advanced technology, and a culture dedicated to outstanding sales performance.

Rick has been instrumental in helping MarketSource customers capitalize on a high-value, cost-effective, and innovative alternative to outsourcing sales. His proven track record of business development coupled with his long-term strategic vision and leadership has paved the way for MarketSource to become an industry leader in providing customized programs and solutions that help businesses thrive by forging deeper relationships between people and brands.

In November 2012, Rick was also appointed president of Allegis Global Solutions, which forged a symbiotic relationship between MarketSource and the global talent solutions leader.

Before joining MarketSource, Rick spent 13 years at Allegis Group where he held a variety of strategic leadership roles within its family of operating companies, including TEKsystems, Aerotek, and Allegis Group Services.

Rick holds a bachelor of arts in labor relations from Michigan State University and is on the Junior Achievement of Georgia board of directors.

Mike Christensen


In his role as executive vice president—one he’s held since September 2013—Mike Christensen provides oversight of the key sales and operations of MarketSource.

Backed by more than 20 years of sales and delivery strategy development and implementation experience, Mike has been instrumental in building and developing a world-class team of sales and operations professionals who are focused on delivering maximum value to MarketSource customers.

Previously, Mike served in the role of vice president of client services, where he was responsible for the overall strategic execution and delivery of MarketSource’s sales and marketing programs.

Mike holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Central Michigan University and has been with the Allegis Group family of companies since 1996.

Mark Mueller


Serving as MarketSource’s chief financial officer, Mark Mueller provides strategic financial leadership through supporting growth, managing the company’s financial and legal risks, and forecasting areas of opportunity.

Mark provides leadership and coordination for all corporate operations in the areas of administration, finance, business planning, accounting, budgeting, investments, legal, human resources, compliance, and risk management. His focus on finding creative ways to streamline and integrate back-office processes has led to increased operational efficiency and financial growth for the company.

Prior to joining MarketSource, Mark spent more than a decade in various financial roles within the Allegis Group of companies.

Chris Walter


As vice president of strategic enterprise services, Chris Walter brings synergy and alignment to the strategy and planning, PMO, Corporate innovations, and marketing and sales support departments at MarketSource. With more than 25 years of experience increasing customer value in the technology, services, and manufacturing sectors, Chris drives top-line growth and bottom-line performance.

Having served in various leadership capacities at MarketSource since 2001, Chris is adept at translating business analytics into actionable, strategic deliverables. Throughout his career, he has acquired experience in strategy development and implementation, change management, business performance management, sales process and methodologies, and sales operations at companies that include General Electric, DigiDyne, and Verint. He was also co-founder of Creative Composites.

Chris specializes in executive and sales leadership, sales operations, quality (ISO9000 and ISO 20,000), Six Sigma, strategy mapping, balanced scorecard, and analytics.

Chris received his bachelor of science degree in electronics engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Damon Joshua


As vice president of commercial, Damon Joshua is responsible for the development and execution of the B2B go-to-market strategy for MarketSource, which includes business development, client services, recruiting, and innovation. With a keen eye on customer success, he is focused on driving revenue for some of the world’s most iconic brands across a multitude of industries and verticals.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in a diverse range of industries—including logistics, telecom, IT, and software—Damon’s tenure with MarketSource began in 2012 as a director of client services, where he worked with key clients to help solve their most complex business challenges. Prior to joining MarketSource, Damon held leadership positions in companies such as UPS, Verizon, Cisco, and most recently, Vertafore, an insurance-focused software company where he was responsible for carrier and MGA sales for North America.

Damon specializes in sales development, direct, indirect, outside, and inside sales, sales operations, strategy and leadership development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development and leadership from Mercer University.

Shelton Guinn


In his role as vice president of human resources for MarketSource, Shelton Guinn is responsible for all human resource organizational strategies with a key focus on driving performance, employee engagement, and retention. He brings his years of proven leadership and business experience, as well as his expertise in human resources, employment law, and diversity and inclusion to drive strategies that support MarketSource’s internal employees, contractors, and customers.

Shelton began his career with the Allegis Group in 1997, rising from an individual contributor in recruiting to leading human resources for Aerotek. During that time, he has built his experience in sales, business operations, and human resources. As a part of Aerotek’s human resource leadership team, Shelton played an integral role in establishing the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and building out that program.

An active member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Shelton also plays a key role in the Alumni and Planning Committee of BEYA. In addition, he serves on several executive advisory boards, including the National HBCU Business Deans Roundtable and Bowie State University Board of Advisors.
